Turkish army has bombed the center of Afrin city where hundreds of thousands live.

Reports are coming through of casualties as a result of the Turkish bombardment. Further details are not available yet.

The Turkish state is savagely attacking Afrin in an attempt to invade the canton since January 20. Attacks are systematically targeting civilians and civilian substructure. More than 200 civilians lost their lives in the attacks so far, among them dozens of children and women.
