In a press briefing on Monday, co-chair of Health Council Angela Resho said that 192 civilians were killed and 574 were wounded in Afrin since the start of Turkey’s invasion operation on January 20.
According to the information provided by Resho, 28 of the victims were children and 23 were women.
“Bodies of several martyrs are under the rubble. We are working hard to find the dead bodies” she said.
The numbers don’t include five civilians killed by Turkish bombing in Jindires on Monday.
