In a video shared on social media accounts, a masked Turkish soldier is seen torturing a young person he kidnapped in the village of Dêr Sewanê in the Shera district of Afrin. The soldier can be heard saying "You won't give it to me! Will you give it or not? I will take it from you when the money comes."

The tortured young people say in Arabic that they will tell their families for money.
