Turkish tank destroyed in a village of Afrin’s Rajo district
The Turkish state’s invasion operation against Afrin continues amid violent clashes between Turkish troops and Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).
Many soldiers were killed during the clashes between SDF fighters and the Turkish army in Rajo district of Afrin since early Saturday morning.
SDF fighters destroyed a tank of the Turkish army in Al-Biska village of Rajo.
In a statement about the fighting in Rajo and Shiye, SDF said: “Clashes between our forces and the invading Turkish army are ongoing in several locations. Our forces destroyed a tank of the Turkish army with the soldiers in it in Al-Bizka village of Rajo.
In the meantime, Hemam village is targeted by ceaseless artillery attacks.
Unable to make advances, the invading army is shelling Shiye and Rajo districts.”
