Villages of Ain Issa under Turkish attack

Turkish genocidal offensive seeking to invade North and East Syria has continued since October 9.

According to reports from the ground, the village of Jahba in Ain Issa was targeted by artillery shelling at around 12:20 local time today.

Simultaneously, the Turkish state forces attacked the village of Hoshan with heavy weapons and conducted aerial reconnaissance over the town. The village is located on the strategically important M4 highway.

Further details about the bombardments were not immediately available.

The occupant Turkish state has been attacking the Federation of North and East Syria almost on daily basis since the launch of its military offensive to invade the region on October 9.

On December 16, the village of Qizeli in Gire Spi (Tal Abyad) and the Xirbet village 15 km east of Kobanê were bombed.

On December 14, the village of Hoshan was targeted by artillery attacks.

Turkish genocidal offensive seeking to invade North and East Syria has continued since October 9. According to the Social Services Bureau of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, 478 civilians were martyred and 1,070 others wounded as a result of the attacks, while as many as 300,000 were displaced. Many of the IDPs have fled south, staying with family members, in public buildings or in refugee camps.
