The YPG statement said attacks on Rojava by the invading Turkish army and the gangs under their command continue and that YPG fighters retaliated the gang attacks in Efrîn, also reporting that aerial activity over Kobanê is on the rise.

The 5 day balance sheet announced by the YPG Press Office is as follows:

“On 10.06.2017 at 14:30, gangs acting under the invading Turkish army’s command carried out an attack on the Kerama village with mortars. UAVs flew over Qestele village in Efrîn’s Shera district at 19:30 and gangs attacked the village with DHSKs and B7 missiles. On the same day, Turkish army’s scout UAVs and jet fighters flew over Kobanê.

On 11.06.2017 at 11:00, gangs allied with the Turkish army attacked Hemrat Belasim village with mortars.

On 12.06.2017 at 23:30, our forces retaliated the Turkish army allied gangs’ attacks on Efrîn. Our fighters targeted two hills to the Semane Fortress side in Basufane in Efrîn's Şerawa district and carried out an effective action in two branches. The first branch seized 18 gang members’ bodies, one A4, one BKC and 20 rounds, 9 Kalashnikovs and one ammunition vest. 5 vehicles and 3 motorcycles were burned and destroyed there. In the second branch, 10 bodies, one BKC, 5 B7 missiles, 6 Kalashnikovs, 2 rifles, 1 binoculars and 2 radios were seized. 2 vehicles supporting the gangs were destroyed. As a result of this action, our forces have acquired 28 gang members’ boies and 18 weapons. 5 vehicles were burned and 2 were destroyed. There have been other killed and wounded gang members but there is no concrete information. Following the action, gangs bombed the clash grounds. In this action, one fighter has achieved martyrdom fighting heroically.

On Martyr Şilan Hill in Efrîn's Cindires district, our forces carried out an assasination action in retaliation to the attacks by gangs under Turkish state command and one gang member was killed in this action. Turkish army scout UAVs flew over the Kobanê border again.

On 13.06.2017 at 10:30, Turkish army allied gangs attacked Basufane village with mortars and also opened fire on Bircike Silêman to the southeast of Basufane with their personal weapons.

On 14.06.2017, Turkish army allied gangs attacked Efrîn's Basufane village with mortars. The gangs also attacked the Basufane front in Efrîn's Sherawa district and Bircike Silêman with mortars. The same day, Turkish army scout UAVs flew over Kobanê.

On 15.06.2017, Turkish army allied gangs attacked the Basufane front in Efrîn’s Sherawa district and Bircike Silêman, and Baz and Barin Hills in Efrîn’s Cindires district simultaneously. Our forces retaliated these attacks with assassination actions and one gang member was killed as a result. In Maranaze in Efrin’s Shera district, gangs opened fire on our forces with DHSKs. In the Sherawa and Cindires fronts, gangs have been deploying heavy weapons like tanks and Howitzers. The gangs have also deployed heavy weapons in the Shera front, to Eleqine and its periphery. Turkish army scout planes flew over the Kobanê border."
