YPG Press Office released the following balance sheet of attacks and violations by the invading Turkish army and gangs under their command against Rojava land for the past 6 days.
“At 16:30 on 21 May, Turkish jets flew over the Kobanê border. The same day, gangs affiliated with the invading Turkish army opened fire on YPG positions on Bafusane Hill in Efrîn's Şherawa district. YPG fighters immediately responded to the attack but the number of those killed or wounded among the gangs couldn't be clarified.
On May 23 and 24, Turkish jets and unmanned aerial vehicles flew over the western borderline of Kobanê.
On May 24, gangs affiliated with the invading Turkish army attacked Efrîn's Villa Qadi region with howitzers.
On May 25, Turkish jets and unmanned aerial vehicles flew over the border of Kobanê. The same day, Turkish allied gangs attempted to attack the Birc Sileman village in Efrîn's Sherawa district. Clash erupted upon the response of YPG forces and one member of the gangs was killed.
On May 26, clashes erupted between YPG fighters and Turkish-backed gangs that attempted to attack the Iska village in Efrîn's Cindires district, during which one gang member was killed. Gangs also attacked the Basufane village in Efrîn's Sherawa district with mortars.
On the same day, Turkish jets flew over the western borderline of Kobanê and Turkish soldiers attacked the YPG positions with heavy weaponry.”
