RUSSIA DOESN'T DO ITS DUTIES
“The Turkish occupation forces bombed the town of Zirgan and its villages, the villages of Til Temir, particularly civilian settlements through all kinds of heavy weapons and indiscriminately,” another resident of Zirgan named Mehmûd Mihemed El-Hisên said.
El-Hisên condemned the international and humanitarian organizations that remain silent in the face of the increasingly ongoing Turkish attacks.
El-Hisên urged Russia, a guarantor to monitor the ceasefire, to fulfil its duty. “If the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation forces were the real opposition of Syria, they would not bomb the Syrians,” he said.
The man called on the relevant parties, specifically the guarantor states Russia and the USA, to stop the crimes of the Turkish army to maintain security in North and East Syria.
“Despite the incessant Turkish bombings and crimes, we still stay in our houses and land,” El-Hisên added.
