A two-day conference will be held in Stockholm to discuss the women's resistance in Iran and Eastern Kurdistan.
A two-day conference will be held in Stockholm to discuss the women's resistance in Iran and Eastern Kurdistan.
A conference titled "Towards women's revolution with Jin Jiyan Azadi" will take place on 20 and 21 January in Stockholm to discuss the women’s resistance in Iran and Rojhilat (East Kurdistan).
The conference will be held at "Utövägen 6, 132 30 Saltsjö-Boo" and will open with an artistic performance by Estêre Mortezaî.
The first panel will address the reality of women in the history of Iran and Eastern Kurdistan.
Şehin Nawayi, Fariba Baluch, Sohreh Qanberi, Şehirzad Arşedi and Haydeh Deraghahi will be speaking at this panel moderated by Shiwa Qelwazi.
In the second panel, a sociological analysis of the "Jin Jiyan Azadi" revolution will be made. Sümeye Rostempour, Reha Sabet Sarvestani, Suzan Karimi and Sara Efrasiyabi will be speaking at this panel moderated by Süheyla Şehiryari.
The second day, 21 January, will begin with a third panel dedicated to discussing the problems of women and the social revolution, as well as the impact of internal and external dynamics on the revolution.
Bilqeys Roşen, Rojin Mokiryani, Sara Kirmaniyan and Nêda Hoşeng will be speaking at this panel moderated by Nagin Sheikh al-Islami Watani.
In the fourth and last panel, panellists will discuss the ways to protect the "Jin Jiyan Azadi" revolution and the aims of the revolution.
Elah Sedir, Fariba Burhan Zehi, Roza Sabet and Meryem Fethi will be speaking at this panel moderated by Ewatef Asadi.
