A song by a fallen guerrilla
Gerîla TV published a song sung by guerrilla Sema Marînos, who died in Hakkari in 2018.
Sema Marînos (Vahide Kurt), a guerrilla in the ranks of the YJA Star (Free Women’s Troops) fell a martyr along with seven of her comrades in a Turkish airstrike in the area of Geliyê Marinos in Hakkari province, North Kurdistan, on 21 July 2018.
The video platform Gerîla TV has published a Kurdish song sung by the fallen guerrilla. The song tells of her connection to Kurdistan and refers in particular to the guerrilla resistance in the Serhed region of North Kurdistan.
