The Hüseyin Çelebi Poetry and Story Competition organized by Kurdistan Students Union (YXK) and Kurdish Women Students (JXK) will be held in Cologne on Sunday, 8 October this year.

The event will be held for the 30th time. The jury will give awards in the short story and poetry categories in Kurmancî, Kirmanckî, German and Turkish languages.

At the event, poems sent from India, Ecuador and Catalonia will be read, and artists Firmesk, Rêber Serhed and Suna Alan will give a concert. A folklore group will also perform on stage.

Buses will depart from two cities in Germany to participate in the Hüseyin Çelebi Poetry and Story Competition.

The information about the buses departing from Berlin and Frankfurt and surrounding cities:

* Bus leaving from Berlin Democratic Kurdish Cultural Center, today, 7 October at 11 pm.

- Those in Darmstadt and surrounding cities will depart from Darmstadt central train station at 9 am on Sunday 8 October.
