The attacks by the occupying Turkish state and its Syrian National Army (SNA) mercenaries against the Tishrin Dam have been going on for days.

According to the Manbij Military Council (MMC) statement released earlier today, an attack launched by Turkish-backed mercenaries in the morning was foiled. MMC fighters then launched a search and clearing operation in many villages around the dam used by the mercenaries for attack purposes.

Following long-continued fighting during the operation, the village of Qişlê, which was under the control of the SNA mercenaries affiliated to the occupying Turkish state, was cleared of the mercenaries at 13:28 local time.
