Manbij Military Council fighters launched the ‘Operation Manbij for Martyr Ezîz Ereb’against the invading Turkish army and SNA mercenaries.

Manbij Military Council launched an operation against the occupying Turkish army and allied Syrian National Army (SNA) mercenaries. The operation is named after Ezîz Ereb, a commander of Martyr Şervan Brigade, who fell as a martyr in the resistance against the occupation attacks carried out by the Turkish state and its mercenaries on the Qereqozak Bridge in the south of Kobanê on 10 December.

Within the scope of the operation, heavy blows have been inflicted on the mercenaries so far and some villages have been cleared and liberated.

While many invaders were killed in the actions carried out during the ongoing operation, a tank belonging to the mercenaries was destroyed in Abu Qelqel, south of Manbij. Some villages were also cleared of invaders.
