Dicle Fırat Journalists Association (DFG) co-chair Dicle Müftüoğlu and Mesopotamia Agency (MA) editor Sedat Yılmaz, who were taken into custody during a police operation in 15 cities, were remanded in custody, together with Erol Balcı, Abdurrahim Tanyeli and Ramazan Debe.
Sedat Yılmaz's wife, Selma Yılmaz, Cahit Kanbay, Cihan Güneş, İsmail Adanmış, Cahit Ablay, Mahmut Doğu, Devran Ak, Şemsettin Toprak, Mehmet Emin Yıldırım, Cevdet İsmailoğulları, Hasan Özhan, Evin Özbek and Suat Karagöz were released under judicial control with the obligation to sign at police station and a travel ban imposed on them.
Sedat Yılmaz said in front of the court door: "In ten ıays this unlawful order will be destroyed."
