Mezopotamya Agency (MA) reporter Hakan Yalçın was beaten by policemen during news coverage.

Yalçın was subjected to police violence while he was following a march that women's organizations wanted to hold in Xaçort (Hacibekir) neighbourhood to protest the murder of Mahsa Amini.

The reporter’s arms were crossed behind his back, and he was removed from the area by policemen.
