The appeal submitted by Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Ocalan’s brother Mehmet Ocalan, sister Fatma Ocalan and tutelar Mazlum Dinc submitted through their lawyers to the Bursa Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office was rejected.

Imrali prisoners Hamili Yildirim, Omer Hayri Konar and Veysel Aktas’ relatives; brother Polat Yildirim, brother Ali Konar and sister Sabiha Aslan also appealed through their lawyers, and these appeals were also rejected.

The prosecutor’s ofice rejected the appeals citing the “restrictions against convicts” in the “Execution of Sentences and Security Precautions Act No.5275”.
