The health condition of 75-year-old Hatice Yıldız, who was arrested and imprisoned for sending money to her daughter and her friends in prison, is deteriorating.

Hatice Yıldız's son Alper Yıldız, who went to visit her on 2 April, said that his mother was very tired, had bruises from her time in custody, was shaking when she spoke and had difficulty breathing. "She often fainted. My mother has serious health problems. She cannot stay in prison like this," said Yıldız.
