HPG (People's Defense Forces) Press Office has released a statement providing information about the ongoing actions by guerrillas in Kurdistan territory.

Accordingly, YJA-Star (Free Women's Troops) guerrillas conducted an action on the Gurinê outpost in Mardin's Nusaybin district on June 3rd, which left two soldiers dead.

Another action by guerrillas targeted a Turkish military convoy on move between Hakkari's Şemzinan and Yüksekova districts at 14:00 on July 3rd. Two soldiers were killed and two armored vehicles were damaged in the action, after which Turkish forces remained in the area for three hours and used civilian cars as a shield to protect themselves.

An assassination action by guerrillas targeted the soldiers in Durê outpost in Şemzinan at 07:45 on July 2nd , leaving one soldier dead.

At 18:30 on July 3rd , guerrillas targeted the Elemun outpost in Şırnak's Uludere district, as a result of which 3 soldiers died. The troops in the outpost shelled the Zendura hill with howitzer and mortar fire after the action by guerrillas.

A sabotage action by guerrillas targeted a Turkish military convoy on move between Nobirn and Qereçiya villages in Van's Başkale district at 03:10 on July 2nd . An armored vehicle was destroyed and 6 soldiers inside were killed.

Guerrillas carried out another action against the Gurinê outpost in Mardin's Nusaybin district at 19:30 on July 3rd , leaving two soldiers dead. A transmitter of the state TV TRT was also destroyed. Turkish forces shelled the area with heavy weaponry following the guerrilla action which was carried out in retaliation against the attacks on people during the military operation in Lice.

One soldier was killed in an assassination action targeting the Kiryareş outpost in Şırnak's Cudi area on June 2.

HPG continued, reporting Turkish airstrikes against Medya Defense Zones in South Kurdistan territory. Accordingly, Turkish jets shelled;

- Ertuş castle and Ertuş village pass in Zap region at between 11.00 – 12.00 on July 3rd .

- Stuna hill in Metina area at between 11.30 – 11.40 on the same day.
