The operation to liberate Manbij continues on its 55th day amid a heavy fighting in a number of areas.

Manbij Military Council fighters advancing in El-Keclî neighborhood have rescued 60 civilians who had been stranded in a basement for 4 days without any water and food.

The freed civilians, made up of mainly women and children, were taken out of the neighborhood and transferred to a safe area where their urgent needs were provided by the fighters.

Clashes between MMC fighters and ISIS gangs continue in the neighborhood.
