Manbij Military Assembly fighters continue to inflict blows on ISIS on the 12th day of “Martyr Commander Faysal Ebû Leyla Operation” and foiled the attempt of ISIS gangs to carry out a car bomb attack. The clashes around Manbij have intensified around the wheat silo (Sawma).

ISIS gangs had tried to carry out a car bomb attack in the village of Kabir El-Sexîr 5 km to the south of Manbij, but assembly fighters acted quickly and destroyed the explosive vehicle from a safe distance. Four ISIS gangs, who were inside the car, died during the attack.

The clashes around Manbij have intensified around the wheat silo (Sawma) located in Hemdun village 3 km to the south of the town.
