3-day long “curfews” have been declared in Öveç village, Karakuş Neighborhood (Karaağaç Hamlet) and Harmanlı hamlet in Hakkari’s Şemdinli district.

Hakkari Governorate announced that all entrance to and exits from said neighborhoods and villages have been banned for 3 days starting from 04.00 a.m. this morning.

There had been two explosions in Şemdinli last night, but no information on their results could be gathered.
