DBP Varto district co-chair Mahir Yılmaz and DBP district executives Ramazan Aktaş and Yunus Vural, who had been taken into custody the day before, were referred to a court yesterday evening following procedures at the district police directorate.

While Aktaş and Vural were detained after testifying at the prosecutor's office, Yılmaz was remanded in custody and sent to Muş E Type Closed Prison on alleged charges of “membership to a terrorist organisation”.
