According to information obtained from the Health Council, the death toll in yesterday's truck bomb attack in Qamishlo city of Rojava has risen to 49. On the other hand, 177 other people are reported to have suffered injuries.

The Health Council stated that many of those wounded are in a a life-threatening situation and there are some missing persons, which could result in another increase in the death toll.

In the meantime, search and rescue teams continue their works at the scene and surroundings non-stop since yesterday.
