HPG Press Office released a written statement detailing the ongoing actions by guerrillas.

DERSİM

At between 15.00 - 19.00 on July 22, guerrillas performed control on Dersim – Erzincan road, gathered the passengers, performed ID check and informed the people about the process. Guerrillas also burned 6 cars belonging to governmental institutions. While Turkish forces bombarded the area at 21:00 in the evening, the road remains under the control of guerrillas.

SİİRT

Guerrillas also performed ID check and informed the people about the process on the road between Siirt's Pervari district and Van's Çatak district at between 18:00 – 20:00 on July 22.

VAN

On July 22, guerrillas conducted an assassination action targeting the Şamanıs outpost in Van's Gürpınar district, which left 1 soldier dead.

ŞIRNAK

On July 21, guerrillas hit and destroyed an AVEA base station located between Erenzê and Bacini villages near Mount Gabar in Şırnak countryside.

Çiyayê Bızına area of Şırnak's Gabar territory was bombarded by Turkish forces with howitzer and mortar fire at 19:00 on July 22.

GARE

Turkish jets shelled Zengil village in Garê area of Medya Defense Zones in Southern Kurdistan territory at between 18:30 – 18:45 on July 22. The bombardment damaged the fields and orchards around the village.

HPG released the ID of a guerrilla who fell a martyr during a clash with Turkish forces on Şırnak-Siirt road at between 20.30 – 21.30 on July 20. The ID details of the martyred guerrilla are;
