HPG reports Turkish air raids in southern Kurdistan
The Turkish state continues its attacks against the Kurdish people and their lands in various parts of Kurdistan.
The Press Office of People’s Defense Forces (HPG) released a statement providing information on the Turkish state’s air strikes against guerrilla held Medya Defense Zones in southern Kurdistan, northern Iraq.
Accordingly, Turkish fighter jets bombarded the Chemco area in Zap region and Geliye Avashin area in Avashin region at around 18:30 on January 25.
The Chemco area in Zap region was also shelled by Turkish jets at 23:30 on January 22.
HPG added that the bombardments did not result in any losses in guerrilla ranks.
