Minor shot by Turkish soldiers in intensive care

A bullet hit Bağa on the right rib cage and came out of his back, leaving him in life-threatening condition.

Turkish soldiers shot a 15-year-old in the countryside of Van province on Thursday. Azat Bağa was shot as he grazed sheep in the village of Upper Çilli (Çiliya Jor) in Çaldıran district early in the morning.

While Bağa was seriously wounded, his relatives rushed him to Yüzüncü Yıl University Dursun Odabaşı Medical Center. The minor remains in intensive care.

According to reports, a bullet hit Bağa on the right rib cage and came out of his back, leaving him in life-threatening condition.

It remains unclear when the minor will be operated on and his family continues waiting outside the hospital.
