PUK co-chair Lahor Şêx Cengî said: “We won't participate in a fratricide war. The crisis must be resolved through dialogue.”
PUK co-chair made this statement after meeting with the United States Ambassador to Iraq Matthew Tueller and the US General Consul in Erbil Rob Waller on Tuesday.
Cengi, in a post on social networks, drew attention to the invasion attacks of the Turkish state and said: “At the meeting, we once again reiterated that we will not participate in a fratricide war. The crisis must be resolved through dialogue.”
The US delegation had also met with KDP chairman Mesut Barzani and Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government Masrour Barzani.
