Turkish bombardment starts fire in Zap, South Kurdistan

The Turkish state continues its efforts to destroy nature of Kurdistan as part of its genocidal attacks against the Kurdish people.

The Turkish invasion army carried out an air raid on the villages of Rençberağa and Sida in Zap region in southern Kurdistan, northern Iraq, on August 10.

The fire caused great damage to the vineyards and orchards of the local people and started a fire in the region. The fire continues growing since as villagers couldn’t manage to extinguish it with their own means.

The fires in Çiyayêrêş and Kurnişka areas of Zap are also to be intervened and extinguished yet, having already caused major harm to the fields and gardens of the people living in the region.
