The Êzidxan Youth Union held its 3rd Conference under the slogan 'Let's Crown the Freedom War with Victory for the Freedom of Leader Öcalan and Guarantee the Autonomy of Shengal’. The conference in the Digûr district of Shengal saw the participation of hundreds of Yazidi, Arab and Turkmen youth from Shengal and Mosul.

An Arab Youth Initiative affiliated to the Êzidxan Youth Union was established at the conference.

At the end of the conference, members of the Êzidxan Youth Union and the Shengal Arab Youth Initiative took the stage and swore in their mother tongue.

The decisions taken at the conference are as follows:

*Êzidxan Youth Union must engage in all kinds of actions and activities for the physical liberation of Leader Apo (Abdullah Öcalan).

 *A workshop should be organized on the importance and philosophy of ensuring the physical freedom of Leader Apo.

 *Drugs that prevent young people from struggling and usurp their will must be fought against.

 *The duty of self-defense must be fulfilled against every attack against the belief of Êzidxan (Yazidi land) and the country.

 *The struggle against the special war policies against young people must be raised.

 *Prostitution and drugs must be fought against, and effective actions must be taken.

*The struggle against spying and betrayal must be increased.

 *The education cycles at Xemgîn Roj Academy should be organized according to the needs and Leader Apo reading days should be determined.

 *Culture and sports festivals should be organized for young people.

 *Youth should be protected from massacres by forming youth committees in villages, associations and cities.

 The decisions taken for the Arab Youth Initiative are as follows:

 *Academies and education centers for young people should be established in the regions where Arabs live.

 *Youth activities should be organized for young people at universities.

 *Committees should be formed within the needs of youth assemblies."

After the reading of the decisions, Sara Şengalî, the spokesperson of Êzidxan Youth Union, made the closing speech and said, "We will turn not only today but all days into days of struggle for the physical freedom of Leader Apo. Yazidi youths are now claiming their will. We are not the youths who could not protect their lands before 2014. We dedicate this conference to Martyr Zeki, Martyr Zerdeşt, Martyr Pîr Çeko, Martyr Argeş and all our martyred comrades. The enemy will never achieve its goal in Shengal."

The conference ended with the slogans "Bijî Serok Apo" (Long Live Leader Öcalan) and "Bijî Berxwedana Şengalê" (Long Lice the Resistance of Shengal).
