Civilians wounded in Rojava treated in Viranşehir

Three civilians in western Kurdistan's Serêkaniyê region have been wounded as a result of the attacks of al-Qaeda linked Islamist gang groups targeting the villages of Çava and Elka on Saturday.

The three Kurdish civilians have been brought to the state hospital in Urfa's Ceylanpınar district before they were referred to the state hospital in Urfa's Viranşehir district where they are receiving treatment now.

One among them, Selam Etayi, who reportedly had a brain hemorrhage and is critical condition, has been referred to Urfa Research and Training Hospital.

BDP (Peace and Democracy Party) Viranşehir and Ceylanpınar district co-chairs, Servet Kılıç and Hizni Kılıç, have paid a visit to the civilians at the hospital.

It is reported that plainclothes policemen entered the room of the Kurdish civilians and gathered information about them as their treatment continued.
