Ciwanên Azad stages long march for Rojava
The organization of Kurdish youth in Europe, Ciwanen Azad, has started a four-day long march in the Belgium capital Brussels in solidarity with the people in Rojava.
The march which has started at 10.30 from the Kurdish Institute in Brussels on Tuesday is being joined by hundreds of Kurdish youths coming from across Europe.
The activists who are currently moving towards the city of Liege will walk 120 kilometers in four days. After staying in Leuven city for the night, activists will move towards the Tinan city on the second day, to Herss city on the third day and end the march in Liege on the fourth day.
Youths joining the march will be distributing leaflets in French and Flemish to raise public awareness on the massacre of Kurdish people in Rojava by armed gang groups and the struggle people are giving against them.
