Kurdish protesters have clashed with police after the funeral of 4 Kurdish guerrillas in Yuksekova, a town of Hakkari province.

Six Kurdish guerrillas were killed Friday when Kurdish guerrillas stormed a Turkish police outpost in Van. Bodies of four guerrillas were buried in Hakkari cemetery yesterday.

Clashes reportedly broke out early in the morning in Yuksekova in protest of the killings. Hundreds of demonstrators hurl paving stones and Molotov cocktails at police.

At least one police officer was wounded, locals said.
