Clashes leave 50 militants dead in Efrin
At least 50 islamic militants belonging to al-Qaida-linked groups have died in clashes with YPG (People's Defense Units) in the area around Efrin.
The clashes on Tuesday happened on the border with Turkey, between the areas of Cinderes and Idlib and involved groups linked to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant group. In the clashes a member of the Kurdish women units, Ronahi Efrin, lost her life.
On Tuesday the YPG guerrillas liberated two villages.
