Constitutional Court sends preliminary HDP defense to Court of Cassation
The Constitutional Court sent the preliminary defense prepared by the HDP regarding the closure case to the Chief Public Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation.
The Constitutional Court (AYM) sent the preliminary defense of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) for the closure case to the Chief Public Prosecutor of the Court of Cassation Bekir Şahin. Şahin is expected to prepare his opinion within a month.
After the opinion to be submitted by the Prosecutor's Office, HDP will be given one month to prepare its main defense.
