Turkish Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca announced that the number of those infected with Coronavirus has risen to 7,402 on Saturday.

According to the minister who shared the latest figures on Twitter, 7,641 tests have been conducted during the past 24 hours. 1,704 of these have tested positive for coronavirus.

16 more people have died of the coronavirus today, bringing the death toll to 108.

The minister added that the figures on the website of the Ministry of Health would be updated every evening.

According to the latest figures, 55,464 people have been tested in Turkey so far and 7,402 of these have been confirmed infected. 445 of these are in intensive care and 309 are intubated. 70 of those infected have recovered.
