Federal court in Canada rules that 4 Canadian ISIS mercenaries held in Rojava should be brought back

The federal court in Canada has ruled that four Canadian ISIS mercenaries detained in Northern and Eastern Syria should be brought to the country.

A Canadian Federal judge, Henry Brown, ruled on Friday that the government should bring four former ISIS mercenaries detained in Syria to the country, as they are Canadian citizens.

Brown soon requested that the government send a representative to Rojava to meet with the administration of Northern and Eastern Syria and bring back the four Canadian nationals.

The Canadian government also agreed on Thursday to bring 19 women and children currently staying in Hol camp back to Canada. However, the government had not made a decision yet about the four adult men who were actively fighting as ISIS mercenaries.
