ISIS gangs have reportedly launched a new wave of attacks with heavy weaponry from three sides of Kobanê at night.

According to the reports received from sources in Kobanê, the intensified attacks are mainly being carried out over the Girê Miştenur (Miştenur Hill) direction.

Clashes in which YPG / YPJ forces are strongly responding to the attacks are continuing at all three fronts.

In the meantime, aircrafts affiliated to the international coalition against ISIS have reportedly hit three locations to the east of Kobanê.

According to a report by ANHA news agency attributed to local sources, the bombardment which hit two ISIS targets started fire at two points, with explosions heard from the scene of one of them.

According to the information received from YPG sources, YPG fighters inflicted a blow on the gangs attempting to infiltrate into the Kobanê centre, killing a number of members of the gangs.

Bodies of at least 18 of those killed in clashes are being held by YPG forces.
