A fascist attack last night targeted the building of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Kayapınar district organization in south-eastern province of Amed (Diyarbakir).

A fascist mob last night threw 4 Molotov cocktails at the party building in Huzurevleri neighborhood in the central Kayapınar district. Two Molotov cocktails, the fuses of which did not ignite, did not hit the building and ended up in the garden of the party office.

The group also tried to set the garden fences around the building on fire. The flames burnt the fences and went out on their own.

It is alleged that nobody noticed the attackers although the party office is 150 meters away from the Huzurevleri Police Station and only 400 meters from the District Police Headquarters.

It is further reported that the surveillance cameras of the Huzurevleri Elementary School, which is located next to the HDP office and gets sight of the spot where the attack took place, were allegedly broken.
