Kurdish institutions in Switzerland said that they will attend the march to be held on Saturday, 7 January for the 3 Kurdish women revolutionaries who were murdered in Paris, the capital of France, on 9 January 2013.
Tomorrow, Saturday, a march will take place in Paris to mark the anniversary of the murders of PKK founder Sakine Cansız, KNK Paris Representative Fidan Doğan and Kurdish Youth Movement member Leyla Şaylemez.
The march will demand justice for the victims of the 9 January 2013 massacre as well as for the victims of 23 December 2022.
The Swiss Democratic Kurdish Council (CDK-S) and the Swiss Kurdish Women's Union (YJK-S) called on everyone to attend the march.
In a statement the two organisations said: "On 9 January, the 'Truth Seekers' were ambushed in the most perfidious way. The Kurdish people have always resisted without giving up to search for truth.
Ten years have passed since the massacre of Sara, Rojbin and Ronahi, and the Kurdish people have not stopped calling for justice.”
The CDK-S and YJK-S continued: “The fascist dictator Erdogan regime, encouraged by the attitude of France and other countries, which do not investigate political assassinations and leave the perpetrators unpunished, carried out a new massacre on 23 December.
The Kurds, who claim and seek to change the world, know very well what these attacks and massacres mean.
Regardless of where and how the attacks came, they were foiled by the tremendous resistance of our Leader, guerrillas and our people. Until justice and truth are reached, Kurds living in Europe and their friends will be on the streets.”
The statement said that both organizations “will be in Paris to attend the march promoted by the European Kurdish Women's Movement (TJK-E) in Paris on 7 January.”
