Nationalist attack injures 2 Kurds in Hatay
Thousand of Turkish nationalists gathered in the Kurdish neighbourhood and smashed the glasses of the houses and shops.
It is reported that unidentified persons shot two Kurds walking in the street towards their houses. While one of the injured Yunus Hanas was hospitalised the other injured whose name was not reported to be injured in the arm. Eyewitnesses stated that the attackers were in plain clothes.
On the other hand Kurds in Dortyol also gathered and marched in the town. In return to the attacks on Kurds some Kurdish youth also stoned some shops belonged to the nationalist Turks.
It is reported that BDP officials are trying to calm down the Kurds protesting in the streets. The tension is still high in the neighbourhoods where the Kurds live.
