Turkish military operations against the Kurdish guerrillas are escalating all over Kurdistan. It is reported that on 15 July at 5:30 am Turkish army started a new operation in Geliyê Seyyida, Ýdê and Kehê mountainous regions. HPG press centre reported that Sikorsky helicopters are also used in the operation.

It is also reported that the operation started on 13 July in Xapuþkê region in Semdinli district of Hakkari is continuing.

HPG press centre has also contradicted the reports of the Turkish media stating that thousands of soldiers taking part in the operations started in Cudi and Gabar Mountains os Sirnak and Besta region in Siirt.
