Kemal Çakmak, a member of the Urfa (Riha) Youth Council of the People's Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party), was taken into custody during a house raid carried out within the scope of the police political operation carried out in the Atgûden rural neighbourhood of Bozova (Hewag), in the province of Urfa, upon the instructions of the Urfa Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
Çakmak was taken to the district police headquarters, on the accusation of "making propaganda for an illegal organization " with the posts he shared on his social media accounts.
