A monthly detention review was carried out on the Kobanê Case file, in which 108 politicians, 18 of whom in prison, are under trial.

The Ankara 22nd High Criminal Court panel, which heard the case, uploaded its decision regarding the detention review to the National Judicial Network Information System (UYAP).

The court panel unanimously rejected all requests both for the release of the defendants still in prison and the removal of judicial control measures for the defendants outside.
