According to a statement by the Kremlin, the presidents of Russia, Turkey and Iran will meet at the Syria summit next week.
Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitri Peskov told the press that Russian President Vladimir Putin is scheduled to pay a visit to Iran on July 19.
Peskov said that Putin would discuss Syria with his counterparts and have bilateral talks with Turkish president Erdogan.
The triple summit will coincide with the 10th anniversary of the Rojava Revolution, which was sparked off in Kobanê on July 19, 2012.
The summit will also be held at a time when the Ukrainian war is continuing, and Turkey is making new threats of invasion against North-East Syria.
