Kurdistan Assembly MP Mahmud Osman pointed out that the coalition of Constitutional State Alliance under the leadership of Prime Minister Nuri el-Maliki and Iraq National Alliance under the leadership of Ammar el-Hekim have together 159 out of 325 MPs in the Iraqi parliament and stated that the shia can form a government alone without Kurds.

Mahmut Osman stated that the alliance can participate in the new formed coalition with 4 parliamentarians. The alliance is under the leadership of Interior Minister Cevad Bolani who is on duty of Sunni Iraq Compromise Front with 6 parliamentarians.

Osman recorded that shia may grow away from Kurdistan Alliance and pointed out that the Kurdistan Alliance won’t give up their own demands.
