According to the internet site of the Turkish General Staff Incebel Mountains in Beytussebap district of Sirnak have been declared as a security zone for the period of 25 July- 25 September 2010.

It is also reported that the army does not have a right to close a region to the civilians, including journalist under Turkish law and it is an arbitrary act.
