Turkish occupation protested in Lausanne

An action was organized in Lausanne to protest the invasion attacks carried out by the Turkish state against South Kurdistan and against those cooperating with this occupation.

KCK General Presidency member Diyar Xerib and two guerrillas who lost their life in an air raid carried out by Turkey on Qandil on July 5 were commemorated in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The people at the demonstration condemned the attack and those collaborating with Turkey shouting the slogan “bimre îxanet” (Down with betrayal).

Kurds gathered in front of St. Laurent Church responding to the call for action issued by the CDK Lausanne.

Activists were carrying photos of Diyar Xerib. The KCK statement on Diyar Xerib was read during the action.

The representative of the European Federation of Migrant Workers (AvEG-Kon) addressed the crowd and leaflets in French were handed out.
