Twenty died in car bomb blast near Turkish border
At least twenty people were killed when a car bomb went off in the northern Syrian town of Darkoush, close to the Turkish border. According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a London-based group, dozens of people were wounded in the market of Darkoush.
The Observatory also added that 12 of the dead were identified by name while another eight bodies had proved difficult to identify.
According to the group more than 115,000 people have been killed in the last two and a half years of conflict in Syria.
