Hundreds of youths in the province of Hakkari took to the streets yesterday to protest Tuesday's attack on the Agit Suruç Martyrs' Cemetery in Bendere region near Bagok mountain, in Mardin's (Mêrdîn) Nusaybin (Nisêbîn) district.

Clashes broke out at the city center after police attacked the mass with armored vehicles late in the evening. Demonstrators set up barricades and responded to the attack with stones and fireworks.

Two policemen were wounded after a molotov cocktail thrown by protestors hit a police panzer during clashes which lasted till late night.
