Women's delegation meets MEP Özlem Alev Demirel in Duisburg

A women's delegation met with MEP Özlem Alev Demirel in Duisburg to discuss the Turkish state's use of chemical weapons against Kurdistan.

In Duisburg, a delegation from the Wuppertal Viyan Soran Women's Council and the Duisburg Asia Yüksel Women's Council met with Özlem Alev Demirel, Member of the European Parliament from the Die Linke party.

Stating that the Turkish state used chemical weapons against Medya Defense Areas and civilian settlements, the women demanded that the European Parliament take action to stop it.
